Terms of service
Last updated 3 August 2026
These terms cover buying and using an AIRENTA eSIM. By purchasing a plan you agree to them.
What you are buying
An AIRENTA plan is a data-only eSIM: a mobile data allowance, valid in the countries listed on the plan, for the number of days stated. It does not include calls or text messages. Your existing SIM keeps your number, calls and texts.
Your device must be eSIM-capable and carrier-unlocked. We list supported devices on the site; if yours is locked to a network, the eSIM will not install.
Activation and validity
Plans marked "activate when you land" let you buy ahead of a trip: the validity period starts when you activate, not when you buy. Plans marked otherwise start as soon as the eSIM is installed and connects.
Each plan states how long it may sit unactivated after purchase. An eSIM not activated within that window expires and is not refundable.
Speed and fair use
Each plan states its network technologies and its speed policy on the plan page before you buy. Where a fair-use policy applies, the speed is reduced after the stated allowance rather than the plan being cut off. Actual speeds depend on the local network, and coverage is never guaranteed everywhere within a country.
Payment and refunds
Prices are shown in the currency you select and include any applicable taxes shown at checkout. Payment is taken at the time of purchase.
If an eSIM cannot be delivered or fails to work through a fault on our side, contact support and we will replace it or refund it. Plans that have been activated and used are not generally refundable, since the data has been supplied.
SuperCash and referrals
SuperCash is promotional credit, not money. It can be spent against AIRENTA plans, cannot be exchanged for cash, is not transferable, and may expire. Referral rewards are credited once the person you referred completes their first purchase. We may withhold rewards where a referral appears to be abusive or fraudulent.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service unlawfully, resell it without our agreement, or use it in a way that damages the network or another customer’s use of it. We may suspend or terminate a plan that is being used this way.
Liability
We provide the service with reasonable care and skill, but mobile networks fail and coverage varies. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
